A ten-minute first-party Arcron demo. Live board is LocalNet-only until docs/deploy.json appId is a real TestNet create (currently 0 — not deployed). No app id, no upkeep id, no execute txid on TestNet yet. Do not invent identifiers. CRT LocalNet line shows the created_at date from docs/localnet.json so a stale proof is obvious (last recreate 2026-09-18; Sep 21–23 demo loop had no dockerd). docs/due.json is an unsigned TestNet keeper probe only (quickstartAppId stays 0).
